Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric (Air Temp Heating & Electrical)

I have been an AirTemp/Snyder customer for over 5 years. We again just had Lindsey do our bi-yearly air conditioning maintenance. I cannot say enough good things about this technician and the level of service she provides. She thoroughly and expertly inspected and cleaned our unit and filter, and cleared our hose of all clogs. She inspected our heating system as well, explaining that since the heating system is rarely used, in can often be a source of overlooked trouble. She made several suggestions for improvements, patiently explaining each suggestion. She is not only a skilled technician, she is friendly, personable, polite, remembers our family and pets at each visit. We appreciate Lindsey’s personal attention and professionalism. Definitely request Lindsey if you have high expectations and want a technician who consistently goes above and beyond.

Everyone were really good. We got home and the house was like an inferno. It was b/c I did a wrong installation of my new smart thermostat. When I called for service I was able to talk to a dispatcher almost immediately. Unfortunately, it was so late in the evening that we couldn’t get a technician to come. That was OK. Next morning I started talking to their customer service representative. Responses from her were really fast. She was on top of our service. Brian (the technician) came and found the problem. The temperature started to drop but apparently not as fast as we wish. Brian came a second time to double check the unit. It was all good and finally the temperature dropped to set levels. Both Brian and Haika were excellent, their communication was above expectations and we were able to sleep well last night. Great job!!!

I had an excellent experience with Snyder A/C, thanks to my technician, Lindsey. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything she was doing during the maintenance service.

Lindsey was outstanding! She was very professional, thorough and did a great job at explaining what she was doing in easy to understand terminology. A refreshing experience for sure! Snyder is lucky to have her as an employee.

How wonderful was our AC specialist Lindsey! I came home and thought she was family. What a beautiful character she has! So kind and hard working! extremely impressed with her work ethic and people skills very knowledgeable and informative. She even put me in my place on improper maintenance, she's a keeper no doubt! We were very blessed to have had her in our home. Thank you for the excellent 5 star service.

I had my AC unit serviced yesterday and I am happy to say that Lindsey, the Snyder representative was very impressive. She was courteous, professional and direct with the task at hand. She knew exactly what she was doing and explained the different procedures to me and why they were necessary. I highly recommend her.

Technician arrived in the specified time. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue very quickly and competently... Technician also made suggestions towards potential repair problems and advised of possible cost for repairs. The technician was polite and courteous and I would highly recommend him to anyone that was in need of repairs or service. I appreciated him coming out and taking care of business in a very professional manner.

The installation techs were prompt, efficient, and totally professional. Grabiel and the other techs kept me informed and provided details during the installation. Overall, this was a ten out of ten experience. These gentlemen did their jobs and did the job efficiently. Great job!
